Likes: List your character's likes with good description for each. Why does your character like these things? What does it say about him/her?

Goals: What does your character want to accomplish in life?
Good Points: What makes your character likeable and/or worth having on a Senshi team? These have to do with personality and shouldn't be only combat-related.
Flaws: What makes him/her dislikeable and not worth having on the team?
Personality: I'd like at least five paragraphs in this section, preferably more. You should be able to write more than that if you try. Everyone has their own style of writing personalities, and you are entitled to your own. We suggest the following categories: overview (general moods, summary), self-image (what does your character think of him/herself?), motives (what makes your character want to do what s/he wants to do? what is s/he after?), general behavior (how does s/he interact with and act around acquaintances or strangers?), and intimate behavior (how does s/he act around friends/family?). If you really think about it, you could go on endlessly writing about personality. What makes the character tick? Think about all the main situations the character would most likely be in and write about those. How does s/he act when angry? When stressed? Use as much detail as possible.
Appearance: Please use as much detail as possible in this section.
Face: What color are their eyes (remember, it's an anime RPG, so you can use any color you like!)? What shape are their brows? What shape is their face? DETAILS.
Hair: What color is their hair (see above comment on eyes)? What length? Style? Texture? DETAILS.
Build: How tall are they? Are they muscular, scrawny, chubby? Scars? DETAILS.
Voice: What register is their speaking voice? Singing voice? How loud do they speak? Do they have any peculiar speech patterns/impediments? DETAILS YET AGAIN.
Clothing: What typical kinds of clothing do they wear? Colors? Styles? Seasons? DON'T MAKE ME SAY "DETAILS" AGAIN...wait....
History: I want at least four paragraphs, again, more is better. How did your character come to be what he/she is today? The history should explain some, if not all of the personality, likes, dislikes, hobbies, and goals.
Current Situation: How/where is your character living right now? Remember, this is right before they become senshi.

Transformation
Phrase: "(Senshi's name) Crisis Power, Make Up!" (yes, boys say this too XD)
Sequence: What does it look like when your character transforms? Remember to use the henshin stick in the sequence, although you don't have to describe the stick itself.
Introduction Phrase: What does your character say to introduce themselves to the opponent? Include a pose with the phrase.
Fuku
Females: Similar to the canon senshi...
Tiara: White with a gemstone in the senshi's color at the center.
Earrings: Whatever you like, as long as they are in the senshi's primary color.
Choker: Secondary color with the senshi's symbol in her primary color at the center.
Sailor Collar: Primary color with two thin white stripes on the outer edge. You may modify the edges as you like as long as you keep these elements intact.
Front Bow: Secondary color, with an orb in the senshi's primary color at the center.
Bodice: Plain white.
Gloves: Whatever you like, but it must be in the primary color.
Skirt: Primary color, comes down to about mid-thigh.
Back Bow: Secondary color.
Shoes: Whatever you like in the primary color.
Males: Similar to a sailor's uniform...
Sailor Collar: See female fuku description.
Shirt: White, you can make the sleeves any length (or sleeveless).
Belt: Secondary color with a buckle in the primary color in the middle.
Pants: Primary color.
Shoes: Whatever you like in the secondary color.
Accessories: Feel free to add accessories to either fuku! For instance, Sailor Psi has a sailor hat to go with his outfit. Be creative, BUT SUBTLE. Please don't alter the fuku to the point of being unrecognizable!
Attacks (One per Crisis Senshi)
Name: What does your senshi call out to summon the attack?
Effect: What does it do? What does it look like? What does your senshi do to perform the attack?
Restrictions: How many times can your senshi use the attack? Can it be blocked or dodged? Does it hurt your senshi in any way to use?
Special Power: Each of the Crisis Senshi has a special ability they can use even when not transformed that has to do with their spheres. Example: Sailor Psi can move and bend small objects like spoons with his mind. The power should be somewhat useful in combat, because otherwise the Crisis Senshi will be WAY too weak even at this point to survive. It should also be something visible that the character would realize fairly early on in life; this way, they know something is special about them and they aren't incredibly surprised when they discover that they are senshi (though they'll still be somewhat shocked, of course). Be creative, but don't god mode!
Writing Sample
This should be at least a page long, telling us how your character came to be a Crisis Senshi. How did he/she meet his/her guardian, and how did he/she react at first when learning about their powers and the threat to existence? It should be written as a story. The writing sample is mainly so that we can see your writing skills and if you can write in the mindset of the character you've created.
