Likes: List your character's likes with good description for each. Why does your character like these things? What does it say about her?

Hobbies: Same thing.
Goals: What does your character want to accomplish in life?
Good Points: What makes your character likeable and/or worth having on a team? These have to do with personality and shouldn't be only combat-related.
Flaws: What makes him dislikeable and not worth having on the team?
Personality: I'd like at least five paragraphs in this section, preferably more. You should be able to write more than that if you try. Everyone has their own style of writing personalities, and you are entitled to your own. We suggest the following categories: overview (general moods, summary), self-image (what does your character think of him/herself?), motives (what makes your character want to do what s/he wants to do? what is s/he after?), general behavior (how does s/he interact with and act around acquaintances or strangers?), and intimate behavior (how does s/he act around friends/family?). If you really think about it, you could go on endlessly writing about personality. What makes the character tick? Think about all the main situations the character would most likely be in and write about those. How does she act when angry? When stressed? Use as much detail as possible.
Appearance: Please use as much detail as possible in this section.
Face: What color are their eyes (remember, it's an anime RPG, so you can use any color you like!)? What shape are their brows? What shape is their face? DETAILS.
Hair: What color is their hair (see above comment on eyes)? What length? Style? Texture? DETAILS.
Build: How tall are they? Are they muscular, scrawny, chubby? Scars? DETAILS.
Voice: What register is their speaking voice? Singing voice? How loud do they speak? Do they have any peculiar speech patterns/impediments? DETAILS YET AGAIN.
Clothing: What typical kinds of clothing do they wear? Colors? Styles? Seasons? DON'T MAKE ME SAY "DETAILS" AGAIN...wait....
History: I want at least four paragraphs, again, more is better. How did your character come to be what she is today? The history should explain some, if not all of the personality, likes, dislikes, hobbies, and goals.
Current Situation: How/where is your character living right now? What is their current emotional situation, living situation as a civilian, etc?
Mundane Disguise
Occupation: How do they live in this world? What is their general guise?
Appearance: Remember, their physical appearance doesn't change that much (just enough to keep their identities hidden), but clothes do. Death Busters have a bit more flexibility with appearance differences in the two forms, as they are the only villain faction from a completely foreign dimension.
Personality: What personality do they put up a front with? This should be about two or three paragraphs (more is unnecessary).

Fuku
Please make this at least marginally cowboy themed; as long as you have something referring back to cowboy culture, we'll be thrilled. Remember to use her primary and secondary colors. Accessorize however you like, and try not to make her look too slutty please! This is a PG-13 RPG, and besides, slutty villainesses are boring and overused.
Attacks (Two per Witch)
Name: What does your Witch call out to summon the attack?
Effect: What does it do? What does it look like when your Witch uses it?
Restrictions: How many times can your Witch use the attack? Can it be blocked or dodged? Does it hurt your Witch in any way to use?
Weapon: Describe your Witch's weapon. Her symbol should be somewhere on the weapon. The weapon is completely up to you, and you have a few routes; you can either make it similar to the Outer Senshi's weapon that the witch parallels, or similar to her spheres in some way, or similar to her spa job, or WHATEVER. As long as the weapon somehow relates to the witch and/or her powers, it's cool -- and if you again make it cowboy themed (without getting all pistols on us, as Lucifer already did that) that's fine, but don't worry if you already have a cowboy themed outfit!
Writing Sample
This should be at least a page long, telling us how your character reacted when she learned there was a way to get revenge on Chaos. How did she feel about Chaos? Did she want to manipulate it, or destroy it altogether? It should be written as a story. The writing sample is mainly so that we can see your writing skills and if you can write in the mindset of the character you've created.
